| We believe that
worship should be for God and not just to entertain us, but
we also believe that worship should be an enjoyable experience
for everyone!
Here at SGBC we have a worship band including drums, bass,
lead guitar, keyboards and singers.
We use the Songs Of Fellowship music books plus some of the
latest contemporary worship songs mixed in with some older
hymns too.
We try to make our worship something that pleases God,
and everyone from the youngest to the oldest can enjoy taking
part in.
Everything is video-projected onto a large screen, but for
those who find that hard to read,
we also print the songs on sheets.
The mornings tend to be more lively and we usually have
the full band but if you prefer a slightly quieter service
then the evening may be for you.
Come along and join us for a service to hear what it all
sounds like - you'll be made very welcome! Our band is never too large. So if you have a musical talent
we would welcome you to join us!
